Late Payment: A 2% monthly service charge applies to overdue amounts after 30 days.

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code, designs, and content created specifically for their project, excluding third-party libraries and frameworks.

Our Rights

We retain rights to use general methodologies, know-how, and techniques developed during projects. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

Limitations

No liability for third-party service failures
Client responsible for content legality
Performance depends on hosting environment
Browser compatibility as per industry standards

Warranties

90-day warranty on custom development
Bug fixes for original specifications
Ongoing support packages available
Security updates for first 6 months

Project Delivery & Revisions

Initial Review

Client has 7 days to review and provide feedback

Revisions

Up to 3 rounds of revisions included

Final Delivery

Complete project files and documentation

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination:

Client pays for work completed up to termination date
Partial deliverables provided based on completion percentage
No refund of deposit unless termination is due to our breach
All intellectual property transfers as per completion status
